We all know mistakes are made - but we are here to helpyou- we do endeavor to find out exactly what bike you have -for instance if a Honda Shadow is it 750,1100 ,600 is it retro ,spirit,ace, sabre? if it is a C7 is it C7 Spirit or Aero- ie long or short guards plus shrouded forks?IF UNSURE ask us or even better email a picture- -most dealer tell you it is a shadow- If the importer puts you have Honda salad dressing , DVLC  will quite happily put this on your   log book so be sure to check the exact model ; we will never deliberately sell you the wrong parts, so this measure will help eliminate incorrectly ordered parts thereby saving you and us time and money and unnecessary repacking and hassle of returning accessories .Please feel free to call me if you are unsure of details.

 With Motorcycle Crash  Helmets we really recommend you try them on - especially the Novelty and cheaper makes -the DOT helmets in German style are a wider fit due to having polystyrene in them to PROTECT YOUR LIFE- so please do not send them back saying it doesnt look as cool!!

Novelty helmets if worn offer NO protection and you WILLE  be killedin an accident - DO  NOT USE on the Roads.
WE HAVE HAD THIS!! A good friend of mine was killed wearing one- in spite ofmewarning himon many occasions .
You need a helmet to save you splattering your brains on the road -not for show think of your family and relatives if you are killed.-!!!
UK road legal helmets are safe and the American DOT standard although high is NOT LEGAL in UK
With helmet sizes  if unsure  or measure 1 inch above your eye line to get the correct size.Please help us to help you the valued customer -

Returns must have a returns number  call 01773835666 be notified via telephone fax or email within 48 hours of receipt and returned in original packaging with a copy of invoice and a letter stating the reason for return.If you receive a parcel which has been damaged en route, please ensure you have signed 'contents unchecked' on the delivery note - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, this will enable us to claim against the carrier. 

We will endeavour to refund your money on the Friday evening as that is when we dio refunds ,  in the method used to make payment. This is usually every  Friday as we cannot do every one on a daily basis .
